You will be able to order your favourite fish either fresh or traditionally smoked over natural alderwood for a rich, authentic smoky flavour.

CUSTOMISE YOUR ORDER

Everyone has different tastes! For smoked fish, you can choose your preferred seasoning, including salt, black pepper, garlic, herbs and other spices.

Prefer less salt, no added salt, extra pepper or your own special combination? Just let us know!
